Happy Thursday, my dear friend and reader!
I was supposed to send this email yesterday but we’ve had our Wifi out for the last two days. Have I mentioned that after writing about caregivers, I’m now a caregiver? I’ve enjoyed this part time job so far and getting to know my clients. I have to share something funny I experienced at work yesterday. Just a two hour shift—I went on a walk with a client and his dog. This dog was so adorable, but while I held the leash, the dog was walking me, rather than the other way around. I almost tripped a few times trying to keep up with the leash. I also had to keep an eye out for my client’s path and each step he made with his walker, while maintaining a conversation with him at the same time. I had to laugh about that with him when we safely returned home.
