Happy Wednesday, dear friend and reader!
I hope this email finds you well.
We’ve had a bit of sickness making its way through our house, so I’ve been slightly under the weather this week. Still, with Christmas around the corner, I thought it would be fun to bring a little joy into the season by exchanging cookie recipes.
If you’d like to share a favorite recipe, keep reading below. I’ve created a shared document where we can all swap ideas—feel free to click any of the links to explore the recipes already added.
And now, onto this week’s book recommendations…
Lonely Maverick Thomas needs a girlfriend, and his “mortal enemy” is determined to find his perfect match.
Aussie Newland’s small family of two moved to Coldstone Creek to escape her father’s colorful past. She had hoped to start over—new life, new friends, new possibilities—but when her father fell back into his old ways and was arrested in front of half the town, she lashed out at everyone, including her best friend. After lighting the town Independence Day display on fire, she skips town and spends the next two years dodging trouble.
Abby returns to Crestfield to help her aunt’s B&B sparkle for Christmas—armed with twinkle lights, cookies, and enough cheer to melt even the grumpiest man in town.
Ex–Military handyman Logan wants nothing to do with mistletoe, matchmaking, or gingerbread competitions. But when a leaking sink, a meddling Pops, and one golden retriever keep throwing them together, Logan starts to wonder if the holidays with Abby might fix more than flickering lights.
A sweet, small-town Christmas romance about healing, hope, and falling in love under the mistletoe.
The Military Kisses series is perfect for fans of Hallmark-style romance. These stories are sweet, closed-door, and packed with heart. Coming to your Kindle November 2025!

Sorry ya'll have been sick. Seems like this time of year we have sickness too. Our first Christmas married I woke up with a stomach bug. I can tell you many other Christmases someone was sick. Hope everyone is all well by Christmas.
I'll add a recipe to the list. What a great idea.
